The Portfolio Services Center (PSC) Global Occupier Services (GOS) Technology Group delivers and operates our client technology solutions, acting as a trusted internal technology advisor.
We bring together multiple, commercially available solutions to optimize our client service. The technology group delivers this by managing the process of design, implementation, operational delivery and ongoing development throughout the term of our contracts.

- 360 facility to support facilities management services
- CoStar for lease administration and transaction management tracking to support a 2,500 properties contract
