Cushman & Wakefield, Hungary’s market leading real estate advisor has successfully contributed to Buddha Original Sushi & Wok bar opening a 289 sq m restaurant at Atenor’s development, Váci Greens building D in Budapest.
Buddha Original is now open which is part of the new concept created by Atenor. According to this new concept, the developer accomplished a ‘food-court’ on the ca. 1,500 sq m ground floor area with a green passage and terraces connecting Váci street and Bence street.
Váci Greens D is 15,647 sq m and is 100% let. The 4 completed buildings of Váci Greens complex (Building A-B-C-D of 80,000 sq m) are fully let to well-known international tenants. The last two buildings (E & F) are currently being constructed and will offer an additional 50,000 sq m of “A+” category office space. There is a large variety of services within the complex, cafés, restaurants, a medical center, a hair dresser and a bank branch is serving the tenants.
