Cushman & Wakefield expanded its Project & Development Services (PDS) team, to include a new Design & Build platform. The new European service line is headed by Glyn Evans for the CEE region, based in Prague. Ádám Csikós, Partner, Head of PDS is leading the new service line in Budapest with the assistance of Glyn Evans.

The new Design & Build service line will supplement our existing Project Management capabilities by offering space planning, design & engineering, and fit out construction works. Using the new Design & Build service line at Cushman & Wakefield is making it possible for Clients to contract one single service provider for turnkey projects.

Ádám Csikós, Partner, Head of PDS at Cushman & Wakefield in Budapest said: “The Hungarian market definitely came to a point where we saw it necessary to open up our Design and Build platform within our PDS business. In our experience, Clients have more trust in companies which are able to provide all services under one umbrella. We do not intend to force our Clients to this direction but we would like to be in a position to offer it to them. By expanding our in-house design capabilities we are able to expand our range of services.”

Glyn Evans, Head of Design & Build, CEE, Cushman & Wakefield, added:”Following the success and growth of our regional Project Management business and in response to market demand we are launching our Design & Build capabilities across the European business. We are already working on several projects with both occupiers and investors in the CEE region and we expect a strong growth in this sector.”
