Asset Services reports record mandates in Budapest

Cushman & Wakefield, Hungary secured total GLA 126,000 sq m new asset services mandates in Hungary during the first quarter of 2018.

Together with the new wins, Cushman & Wakefield manages over 755,000 sq m GLA around Hungary, comprising in total 38 retail, office and industrial assets. The highest share, 64% of the managed portfolio are retail properties, followed by office asset with 23% and industrial assets with 13% within the portfolio.

Among the latest wins there are 6 prestigious office assets in Budapest’s central business district and along the Váci street corridor, furthermore an industrial park under development, as well as a retail portfolio comprising of four properties around Hungary.
