New Associate at the CMG department
Cushman & Wakefield announces that Zoltán Ligetvári has joined Cushman & Wakefield at Budapest. Zoltán started working as an Associate at the CMG department on the 6th of June 2016.
Zoltán’s primary role is to target, secure and oversee new sales mandates, in addition to completing acquisitions on the buy side, for a broad range of institutional investors and developers. Before starting at Cushman & Wakefield, Zoltán was responsible for the sales processes and asset management of CIB Bank’s various repossessed commercial asset portfolio in Hungary. Zoltán also holds a successful track record of acquiring and selling a number of assets and SPVs for ORCO Property Group, and screening, analyzing potential investment opportunities in Hungary and the CEE region.

Zoltán holds an MSc degree in International Economics and European Studies form the Corvinus University of Budapest and a BA degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from the Budapest Business School Commercial Faculty.
