C&W has promoted Tamara Szántó, formerly Senior Negotiator, to an Associate in C&Ws office Agency department, effective from April 2015.
Tamara’s recent appointment to Associate is an acknowledgement of her accomplishments in the Hungarian Office Team. Tamara has been working in the team since August 2010, and is a critical part of C&W, contributing greatly to the team securing a market leading status. Tamara is responsible for Landlord, Brokerage and Tenant Representation mandates for C&W.
Notable mandates that Tamara is currently working on include: Óbuda Gate (15,000 sq m), Krisztina Palace (15,000 sq m), Capital Square (33,000 sq m), Haller Gardens (34,000 sqm), WEBC (15,000sqm), Margit Palace (17,000 sqm) and MOM Park Offices ( 19,000 sq m). Tamara has also represented several tenants over the last few years to include Vodafone & EPAM.
Tamara holds an MSc degree in economics from the University of Pécs, Faculty of Economics.
