H&M OPENS NEW UNIT IN MAMMUT II SHOPPING CENTRE, BUDAPEST
Cushman & Wakefield secured premium, over 1,700 sq m retail space for Swedish fast fashion retailer H&M in Budapest’s well performing Mammut II Shopping Centre.
The new, over 1,700 sq m H&M unit is currently being fitted out in the former Libri unit in Mammut II., and will open on the 16th of April, 2015.
H&M was founded in 1947 in Sweden, now it is present in 57 markets worldwide, and has online shopping in 17 countries. H&M’s design team creates sustainable fashion for all, always at the best price. Concepts include everything from dazzling party collections to essential basics and functional sportswear – for women, men, teenagers and children, and for every season or occasion. In addition to clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery, make up and underwear.
Viktória Szabó Partner, Head of Retail at Cushman & Wakefield Budapest said: “It is an amazing success, and a strategic step that after a very long negotiation and remodelling of stores in the building, H&M decided to represent themselves in Mammut shopping centre as well.
