C&W has won the prestigious Hungarian ‘’Transaction of the year’ award at the 10th Portfolio.hu Property Investment Conference’s ‘Property Awards’ in Budapest.
C&W successfully represented Vodafone in their 13,700 sq m office lease renewal and expansion at Arena Corner office building, Budapest, owned by CPI.
The award was accepted by Gergely Pados – Managing Partner at C&W and David M Johnston MRICS – Head of Office Agency at C&W, after the Portfolio conference, which was attended by developers, consultants and service providers of the Hungarian property market.
