Zara Home opens on Fashion Street

C&W has secured premium retail space for Zara Home’s first Hungarian store on the exclusive Fashion Street in Budapest on behalf of the developer Immobilia Plc. Zara Home will open in December 2014 comprising 916 sq m on three floors.

As part of the Spanish Inditex Group, Zara Home was founded in 2003 and specialises in the latest designs for the home. Its textile ranges, which include bedding and bed linen, tableware and bath linen, are complemented by dishware, cutlery, glassware and home decoration objects and accessories. Zara home is constantly refreshing its product range throughout the year. Zara Home currently has 402 stores in 45 markets.

Fashion Street development offers approximately 8,000 sq m of retail space and restaurants on Deák Square and Bécsi utca and is directly linked to Budapest’s traditional high street, Váci utca and Vörösmarty square. The scheme is being developed by Hungarian developer Immobilia Plc. Key fashion tenants on the location include Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Intimissimi, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Mexx, nanushka, Lloyd, Benetton, Furla, and Lacoste.
