C&W has recruited János Szeifert as Associate, Head of Property and Asset Management, with effect from May 2014.
János joins C&W’s Budapest office with over 20 years of real estate experience in the Hungarian market, with a primary role of developing and maintaining positive customer-focused relationship with clients.
His responsibilities will also include the development of a common platform for service delivery, system & procedures and working with other members of C&W’s CEE Asset Management team. János is charged with leading a team of 19 professionals from C&W’s Hungarian Headquarter office and 34 on site professionals based in Budapest.
Prior to joining C&W, János worked for 10 years as the General Manager of AEW CE in Budapest. He was primarily responsible for the management of PWB Hungary, and for the daily operations of MOM Park Shopping Centre and Westend Business Center. He also gained thorough market knowledge as the Balance Fund Manager of OTP Real Estate Investment Fund Management Zrt. and as the CEO of GVA Robertson Property and Asset Management Zrt.
