Gergely Pados Managing Partner and Head of Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield Budapest said: “Thanks to its efficient floor plans and quality fit out, Haller Gardens is attracting increasing interest from tenant’s side. Nevertheless leasing is also supported by new quality marketing material, signage and a professional leasing team. We are confident that the transaction of Computacenter will be followed by other significant deals in the near future and Hungary will again be very popular in hosting Service Desks and SSCs.”

Dietmar Reindl Director Office at IMMOFINANZ Group commented: “We are happy to welcome Computacenter Services Kft in Haller Gardens. With this new transaction the occupancy of the building has raised to above 60%, which is the highest ever in the building’s life cycle. With professional leasing, marketing and remarkable incentive packages we are expecting to increase the occupancy rate even more in the coming months.”

Mark Badi International Service Director at Computacenter added: “The final decision to enter the CEE region by opening an IT Service Desk in Hungary was followed by a long and exhausting analysis of the Budapest office market and we ended up choosing Haller Gardens to accommodate our first office in Central-Eastern Europe. Both the facilities of the building and the flexibility of the landlord proved to us that this is the perfect real estate solution for us on the long term.”
