Cushman & Wakefield was exclusively selected to represent the vendor in the disposal process of its excess development site in Dunaharaszti, Hungary.

Cushman & Wakefield have selected a shortlist of potential buyers to be approached and presented with the opportunity. The target list included the biggest and best developers in the region. Within two weeks of initial contacts made we have organised several fruitful meetings one of which has led to the eventual sale of the site.
