Nalco, An Ecolab Company - C&W awarded sole agency instruction to renegotiate the current lease or find new premises
Nalco occupies 1,700 sq m office space in Center Point Office Building. Cushman & Wakefield helped them to fulfil three objectives: to create immediate cost savings and also to fix any technical issues and refurbish the office space.
Step 1: Conduct a comprehensive situation analysis, along with the terms and conditions required to renew the lease the premises.
Step 2: Identify real estate alternatives allowing the consolidation.
Step 3: Link with the current landlords in order to negotiate the conditions of renewing the lease.
Nalco has agreed to renew their lease in Center Point Office Building owned by GTC, and is more than satisfied that all of its objectives have been met.
