C&W appointed as the exclusive letting agent of Hungary’s new main street concept
Immobilia has appointed C&W with the exclusive leasing of the 7 640 sq m GLA new shopping street development, Fashion Street. The developer’s major objectives were to establish an upper - middle class shopping destination in the downtown of Budapest with international fashion retailers present, despite of the significant competition in the other two existing main streets of the area, Váci utca and Andrássy út.
Step 1: Establish a strong image of the development, emphasizing the unique architectural solutions and the reconstructed original style of the scheme, besides its prestigious touristic location.
Step 2: Secure major international fashion retailers and establish the anchor tenant base with Max Mara and Hugo Boss flagship stores.
Step 3: Make Fashion Street a unique location by bringing new upper – middle class fashion entrants to the development.
Cushman & Wakefield, as the exclusive letting agent, has successfully leased retail units to international fashion tenants, such as Hugo Boss, Byblos, Furla, Benetton, Sisley, Mexx, Tommy Hilfiger, Daniele Alessandrini, etc.
