On top of this Cushman & Wakefield secured considerable fit-out contribution that will allow Vodafone to upgrade their premise. C&W have exclusively represented GE in Hungary since 2011. In 2013 GE Corporate advised C&W that they wanted to start a new SSC from Budapest - with an emphasis on future growth from that location, owing to their proposed future expansion. GE Healthcare also decided to instruct C&W to explore re-locations away from their peripheral office at Torokbalint. The results to date are fantastic for GE. GE Corporate currently occupies nearly 11,000 sqm at Vaci Greens Building A and GE Healthcare acquired circa 6,500 sqm at Vaci Greens Building C.
