Atrium European Real Estate, formerly Meinl European Land, have over 180 retail and development assets in 11 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, ranging from small supermarket assets to substantial shopping centres investments and developments. The company has seen substantial restructuring in recent times and has needed a proactive real estate partner to assist with providing regular and accurate valuations of its assets.
